Q) Shipping prices seem a bit high is there a cheap option ?
A) We no longer offer a " Cheap " postage solution, the price reflects the cost to us to send it including packaging and any VAT or other related fees passed on to us by our couriers.
Q ) Does the price shown include VAT ?
A) If you are based in the UK then all prices shown will be inclusive of VAT. If you are based in the EU then VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your countries VAT rules & rates.
Q ) Do you ship worldwide ?
A ) We currently ship to most of the EU as well as USA/Canada/Japan/Australia and other world locations, some locations are not included.
Q ) When will my order arrive ?
A ) Orders will arrive depending on the Postage option chosen/provided. Whilst we make every effort to supply items as swiftly as possible there may on occasion be a delay. Current dispatch days are Mon/Wed/Fri mornings, if purchased during the dispatch day items will be posted the following dispatch day ( purchase Wed daytime, dispatch will be Fri a.m ).
Q ) If i don't like something can i return it ?
A ) Yes any item can be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are returned unused and in original packing. Certain new items such as movements can not be returned due to manufacturers no return policy so please check prior to ordering or see Delivery & Return info page.
Q ) I received an item that's wrong
A ) To error is human and even we make mistakes, should you receive an item supplied incorrectly please contact us in the first instance and we shall try to rectify it. If the correct stock is available then it will be dispatched at the next available dispatch date. When stock is not available a full refund is given, in some instances stock may or may not be required to be returned first.
Q ) I need advise about an item i wish to buy, who do i contact ?
A ) If you are unsure about any item on our site you are welcome to request more information via email or gives us a call, we will try to answer any concerns you may have. We may in the future be implementing instant chat feature to allow customers to ask any question directly during open hours via the website.
Q ) Can i make offers on items listed ?
A ) On certain items customers are more than welcome to email us and make offers, most offers will be considered but not all will be accepted. We can not accept offers on new items such as movements/parts but always feel free to ask.
Q ) Is my information secure ?
A ) We take customer information security seriously, no information given is shared with anyone except us. We do not share or supply your info with third parties. Checkout is secured using industry standard encryption.
Q ) Can i pay over the phone ?
A ) Yes, we now have a system in place to accept telephone orders securely.
Q ) I haven't received my refund ?
A ) In cases where a refund is due please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process, this process is beyond our control at times and is up to the card issuer. If you still have issues after 14 days contact us and we will step in and resolve the issue manually.
Q ) I think someone tried to use my credit/debit card on your site without my permission ?
A ) We take fraud very seriously and all transactions go through fraud prevention methods to ensure each transaction is safe and verified by the customer. In instances where fraud is detected or suspected the transaction is cancelled immediately and funds returned. If you have concerns your card/s have been used without your knowledge contact your card issuer immediately.
