Returns/Refund/Errors Policy

WelwynWatchPartsUK will willingly accept most items supplied to be returned or exchanged provided they are in their original unused condition, and in the original packaging as supplied by the manufacturer.

Items bought & returned due to defect will be refunded in full including returning postage costs ( evidence must be provided ). Items bought in error or due to change of mind will only receive original postage costs via refund.

New movements & parts are supplied by manufacturer to WWP as a non returnable items and as such WelwynWatchPartsUK must offer the same policy. If however there is evidence to suggest a movement /part is supplied as faulty then we are happy to consider returns/refunds after we have investigated the faulty item/s.

Used movements & parts are listed with known faults so can not be returned based on faults already listed.

Returns can be started within 30 days after purchase/receipt, for returns after this we recommend you contact us via email.

Pricing errors can happen on any website, if items are found to be in stock and marked at £0 please let us know. Any orders placed with items that are in error will be subject to refund/cancellation and then further correction where applicable.
