H Samuel Solid Silver Key Wound Pocket Watch - c1895 - Buren Swiss
Condition - Used but in great condition for the age. Casing has been cleaned and polished due to dirt and debris build up. Movement has been serviced with a new mainspring and is running exceptionally well ( could be used daily ). Movement comes with dust cover and the date is etched into the plate ( Oct 5th 1895 ). Dial and hands are original with only a small amount of damage to the dial between the 2-3 o'clock markers.
The movement on the dial side is marked by the famous Buren Swiss movement makers so likely produced in Switzerland and cased here in England. Overall a very nice example and one that can be used with reasonable reliability. Comes supplied on a heavy duty silver plated chain which is brand new !
