Did you know that aside from the sale of parts we also offer repairs by post or appointment ?

For over 15 years we have been in the service & repair business for both trade and public customers alike. We undertake all jobs big or small, from simple battery exchange to full service and polishing. We offer repairs by post and also by appointment.  ( UK Only ). To arrange repair/service please read instructions below.

What do we offer ?

Battery Exchange / Crown & Stem Repair / Wet Test / Glass Exchange / Full Service / Movement Only Service / Polishing / Brushing / Restorations + Much more !

How much does it cost ?

Costs can vary depending on need/brand and complexity of the repair but prices can start as low as £45 ( +£10 P&P Insured Post ). List shown is an example of current pricing but it can vary depending on needs.

Can i spread the cost ?

Yes we offer the option to pay for expensive works over 2-6 month period rather than one lump, the watch is then returned after final payment.

Do i get a warranty ?

Most work is covered by 6 month warranty but can be upto 12 months depending on age and condition. The warranty will be given after evaluation.

How do i send my watch in ?

How long do repairs take ?

This can vary depending on the service requested, simple jobs such as crown & stem repair usually take 7-10 days, full service 4-8 weeks again depending on model etc. Timings can vary but we try to be as efficient as possible.

What do you not do ?

We do not offer repairs for fusee pocket watches, clocks, or watches before 1940, there are some exceptions so please do enquire if unsure.

How do i pay for repairs ?

After initial contact all information regarding the process and payments is given to you via email. We offer many common methods of payment.

We try to respond to emails within 24 hrs but there can be delays due to holidays etc. 

Prices shown are current pricing as of 01/08/25 and intended as guide only !

If for any reason you decide not to go ahead with work after sending your watch in there is a returns fee of £35 to cover our costs, this fee is waived on go ahead of services.
